Frank Iero has just started work at Glenside Mental Institute, New Jersey. All seems easy enough, until he's assigned to the new patient, Gerard Way. [only read if you canstand chapters shorter than frank himself]

Dean Winchester is nineteen years old and only a year out of high school when he gets sent to the hospital after a argument with his father. Nothing serious occurred, but Dean was required to spend the next few days under observation. While he is spending his time in the hospital of utter boredom, he meets Castiel, a young man the same age as him as a patient of cancer. Forming a quick bond, he begins visiting the boy even when he gets out, but is something more going on?

I always thought that meeting my soul mate would be significant; that there would be fireworks or a beautiful sunset or something to let me know that it was happening. Sparks flying, electricity, something to give me a hint. I thought that I would meet them at a 4th of July party or a wedding or some other get together. Or that I would meet them in my favorite record store or in the heart of my favorite city, something romantic like that. But no, the way I met my soul mate was utterly unexpected and to be honest, the whole meeting was just rude. Not my type. Gerard couldn't stop himself...He didn't want to.He just threw his head back and allowed the liquid to spark a fire in the back of his throat as he consumed it.He was losing himself more than should be humanly possible. And he didn't care. That's all he knew now. Alcohol and drugs. But without his main addiction that had been taken from him,he was slowly destroying himself. He was becoming a monster. Gerard screamed a silent 'fuck' in his head as the boy's tear streaked face snapped up, locking eyes with Gerard's. His intense hazel eyes held so many emotions it was hard for Gerard to distinguish whether the boy was doing this out of anger or sadness, "Go away," the words were laced with venom but they also shook with emotion so strong that Gerard wanted to cry as well.

The Wizarding World isn't done with Harry Potter yet. Seventh year had been a mess for the Golden Trio, and with Hermione's pleading, it's back to Hogwarts they go for an eighth year. Only, they aren't the only ones with hopes of making up a disastrous year. Enter wronged Hufflepuffs, uncomfortable epiphanies, a lack of pining for one's supposed The One... Dragons and Snakes, broken bottles, haywire spells... A snarky blonde-haired ferret with uncomfortable feelings, and a tired hero willing to give second chances...
