Names from every house, every shed, every field are being entered into a random draw. The government don't care who they kill, as long as the rich are living and the population is under control. In the year 2046, March, it's time for the once-every-four-years lottery draw. People fear for their lives, because this lottery doesn't grant good, it grants death. And like the times before that, 30 people, both young and old, are marched to their deaths. Amongst the unfortunate deaths of the 30 people, two teenage lovers take their last breath's.
