To whoever may find themselves reading this book, Sometimes life can be funny. It can throw you ups and downs. Can make you smile, or cry. But you have to remember (and even though this sounds cliche) that everything happens for a reason. My life wasn't going the way I planned, so I picked it up and turned it around the right way. Even though it was hard, emotionally and physically, it was the best decision I ever made. And without that, I wouldn't have met the two greatest people in the world. I remember the time we met, and every stupid joke they would crack. They were always there for me, when I made stupid choices. They, in some ways, were the bump in the road I never wanted to get over. I never wanted to lose them. So I've written this more for myself than anyone. To remind me of the times I had while we were all still together. If you seem to take anything from this, just remember: hang onto the ones you love, and don't let life's mistakes hold you back. Phil doesn't have a best friend in his life. That is, until Dan turns up at his school. They become close and Phil finds out that Dan has a twin brother, but hates to talk about him. It's not until Phil comes over to Dan's house that he finds out why.
