"I need you to fix him," My eyes widened at her request. I shook my head quickly, fiddling with the many belongings that sat on her desk. Turning around I replied, "There's nothing to fix," I told her firmly as I set the divorce papers I held in my hand down and back into its place. "You don't understand!" April said, her voice pitching higher by the second as she became frustrated, "He's been so distant, he's been gone for hours each day coming back late at night and now the divorce papers? I don't get it! He's so reserved, He's-" she paused as if she were thinking of the right word to say, "He's locked."
