An angel was cast out of heaven once more and banished to hell for his wrong doings against heaven. They wiped all memory of his name so no one would know which angel was thrown out. When Lucifer learns of this fallen angel he decides to provide the fallen with a name truly befitting "Riot." after no long in hell Lucifer and assigns Riot to be his daughter's protector as his fallen angel status makes him powerful enough Lucifer would never have to worry for his daughters safety against anyone.
