[THE DARK SERIES #1] Louis Tomlinson signed a contract that says he has to break Harry Styles' heart, his bestfriend. The contract has 10 things he needs to do break Harry's heart and stop him in being a flirt. But while he does this, he needs to make sure that he doesn't fall in love with Harry or else he will have to face a severe punishment. But what if things went out of control and Louis falls in love with Harry? What will happen to their contract?

Louis Tomlinson isn't your averaged 19-year old boy. He hears voices. He talks to himself. He is trapped in his own little word. Soon, the voices start telling him to do bad things. Just burn your hand, it won't hurt. Just slit your wrists, don't you like blood? Maybe you should take a few extra pills. The voices were now screaming at him, commanding him to do all the horrid things. After he listens to them, and cuts a deep gash into his arms, his parents put him into Medical Meadow Institute. There, he meets Harold Edward Styles. He was suffering from Severe Multiple-Personality-Disorder. These multiple personalities all feel differently about Louis, but all Louis wants is for Harry to be happy. And maybe, just maybe, they can start it all over again.

Marcel Styles is an intelligent, dorky, school smart, cute goodie two shoes. Louis Tomlinson is a rebellious, charismatic, street smart, hot captain of the football team who's also the most popular guy in school. Louis has always been a mean bully to Marcel until one day, he wanted Marcel to be his partner for their piano project. It's sort of a geek charming and the jock love story. You know what they say though, opposites attract.

Detention is supposed to be a punishment, but for Louis and Harry, it's the start of something beautiful. Unfortunately, what starts off as a harmless love affair quickly takes a turn for the worse. Through all the stereotypes, judgments, family issues, and demons from the past, Louis and Harry struggle to stay strong. What happens in detention, stays in detention. [NOTE: I began writing this book in 2011 when I was 13 years old. There are many grammatical errors, cringe-worthy moments, and plot inconsistencies. Obviously, my writing has improved immensely since 2011, so please feel free to check out any of my more recent works instead. This book is not representative of my present-day writing abilities. I would prefer to delete this entirely (and its sequel), but there have been many readers who have expressed their love and appreciation for this book despite its flaws. But one day, a ghost by the name of Louis Tomlinson comes to him. Harry and Louis have no idea what his unfinished work is but slowly, Harry begins to fall for Louis, even though Louis’ a ghost. WARNING: if you're one of those people who pick on stories being too "Carroty" you'll hate this story. I wrote this around the beginning of their world-wide fame (around 2012) when Up All Night had only just recently been released and they were still doing video diaries so please bear with it! Harry and Louis met in a bar. They talked, flirted and made out in the club bathroom. Harry goes home, Louis goes home, until the next morning when Harry is at school when suddenly...
