From the ruins of one life a brighter future can emerge, like a phoenix rising from the ashes. Such was the case of Aisilinn Brady, a girl far from ordinary. From the day she was born, and quite possibly before that, she has always been extraordinary. She had to be to overcome her monstrous past and rise a radiant, if somewhat quirky, young woman. It’s no secret that Ash is not like other people. Curious like a child and thoughtful like a philosopher, she isn’t your typical high school senior. Absent minded and wondering, Ash seems to live in another world, unaware that a world of her own awaits her. Until she’s ambushed by a beautiful boy who unknowingly introduces her to the real world; The True Realm. The world she was born to be a part of, where secrets and danger await. Ancient wars, insidious plots, and terrible creatures are only the beginning. Forbidden romance and devastating lies seal the deal as loyalties are tested, and Ash has to make the choice between love and blood.
