Hi! For any of you reading my short story SHIFT (told from Finn's POV) who haven't read LOOP yet, I thought I'd post the first couple chapters of LOOP here. :) Here's the book's synopsis: At a school where Quantum Paradox 101 is a required course and history field trips are literal, sixteen year-old time traveler Bree Bennis excels…at screwing up. This is a love story between a conservative girl turned into a liberated one and a guy with the perfect look turned into a weird looking nerd. If it's a yes, then this is for YOU. --------- Lesson learned (Filipino): Bilang babae, narealize ko na dapat hindi ako yung parating nag eeffort para sakanya, dapat hindi lang ako yung nagmamahal, dapat hindi lang ako ng ako parati. Napaka unfair naman kung madali lang para sakanya ang balewalain ako. Kung meron man kayong nasaktang tao, mag sorry kayo. Kung alam niyong ginagawa niya lahat ng kanyang makakaya at nag eeffort siya ng sobra-sobra, matutunan niyo rin sana itong pahalagahan. Para sa mga lalaking hindi marunong umappreciate: Hindi niyo alam ang pakiramdam na parang kami ang nanliligaw. Kapag nahulog kami sainyo gagawin namin lahat ng makakaya namin, pero wag niyo namang sagarin yung pagkakataon na kahit alam niyong mahal na mahal namin kayo eh ipagtatabuyan niyo na lang kami basta basta. Hindi makatarungan yun para sa isang babae. At sana kung napapansin niyong nahuhulog na kami sainyo dahil sa malabulaklak niyong mga salita at mga pafall na kilos niyong pinapakita saamin tapos wala pala kayong narardaman ni ano, sana naman matuto kayong umamin at sabihin na wala lang lahat. Wag kayong duwag dahil hindi kayo ang masasaktan kundi kami.
