I am proud to announce that this novel has been SOLD TO DUNDURN PRESS and will be released on August 15th, 2020. Follow me for updates on my journey through the publishing world and I hope you all grab a copy (or two...or three...or...) when it hits bookstores and online retailers. Most importantly, thanks for all the kind words and support. In the meantime, enjoy the first chapter of The Book of Sam! Back Cover Copy: Sixteen-year-old Sam Sullinger lives in the shadow of adolescence. He's lost among his overachieving siblings, constantly knocked down by his harsh father, and bullied daily. His only solace is his best friend and crush, Harper. In a grand plan designed to help him confess his love to Harper, Sam accidentally sets off a series of events that lead to her being kidnapped and taken to Hell. Racked with guilt, Sam makes a bold decision for the first time in his life: He's going to rescue his only friend. Sam is thrust into a vivid world fraught with demons, vicious beasts, and a falling city. And every leg of his journey reminds him that he isn't some brave knight on a quest - he's an insecure teenager yearning to make his mark on at least one world. It's Labyrinth meets the Goonies meets Dante's Divine Comedy. I hope you enjoy it!

Only Sam and her friends know what the people of Thule do not: the High Commander is no ordinary man but something more--something evil. This is a prequel to Legends from The Warlock's Chair - Ravengaard. The Warlock's Chair. A place of magic and adventure. Long ago when the world was young the Faerie races ruled far and wide across the lands of the Earth. Then with the coming of Man, they disappeared into myth and legend. But they had survived, hidden away in the secret places known only to a very few humans. Eighteenth century England. The Harcourt family leave the clamour and filth of London for the peace and quiet of rural Shropshire. But for those who live at Ravengaard Manor life has never been peaceful or quiet. Soon the three Harcourt children find their lives changed forever by the magical lands that surround the hills of The Warlock's Chair. This is their first adventure. They meet the water dragon Mirrorglow who takes them to the mystical underwater world of Wyr'anthos. They learn of the Qrill, evil crab-like warriors who have kidnapped her son Nightfire and are holding him prisoner. And they set out to invade the Qrill citadel and rescue him before they can put their evil plans into operation. It is a short story, the first one I wrote for my children. I have given it a bit of a tweak. This is the first part... enjoy (hopefully)
