Joe and Demi met at the police station when a criminal managed to escape from his cell. Joe as a police officer did everything he could to ensure that Demi, her son and the rest of the visitors in the building were safe. They relationship afterwards led to much more involving them to start their lives out together.

This is a spin off story taking place two years after Somebody to You ended. This follows Nick & Demi as a married couple, trying to juggle careers, while trying to expand their family. It's amazing really how a person can have two complete different personalities. Meet Joe Jonas, your average twenty four year old man, a very loud bubbly guy during the day when he works as a high school teacher. He's the kids favourite teacher however when the school closes for the day and at the weekends he has a different hobby. Following around twenty one year old mom Demi Lovato trying to learn more and more about her than he already knew. She doesn't know someone is following behind her but if she turned around she might just spot him close by.

Joe and Demi met at the age of five when they started kindergarten. They grew as friends through the years but when high school came along that's when everything change, they found new friendship groups and slowly drifted away from each other no matter what Demi did. She had formed a crush over her best friend also through the years. Despite Demi's best efforts they graduated and never saw each other again until the age of twenty one when Demi bumped into Joe randomly. They caught but Demi learning that he was due to get married and had already started to build a family up until they found out they wouldn't be able to have any children. That's when Demi stepped in offering to carry their baby for them as a good deed. She didn't know that Joe would fall for her through that time.
