{Amedot} Peridot fakes her amnesia to get help from the Crystal gems to bring her back to Yellow Diamond. But her superior sees this as a betrayal and punishes her with a very difficult cost. After solving the first problem the gems did not realize another problem was building up as Lapis and Jasper decide to continue on the Diamond Authority's mission. It's up for Peridot and her new team to finish this. {STORY COMPLETED.}

I place my bag down beside me ready to begin class. I hear them joke about me and call me queer. Damn bullies. Beside me sits another guy, a fairly kind one too. He yells at the bullies to leave me alone.

Peridot never liked fire. It was dangerous and reckless and definitely not something she'd ever fool around with, her mother always told her never to play with fire. But somehow a soccer game and a science class seating chart pulled her into the fireplace, where she sat despite her mother's warning. She should have known. But she couldn't have.
