“Lexi, Alexa” I heard his voice calling me. The pace of my walk fastened as I headed towards the airport security. I couldn’t face him, not now. Not ever. “Alexa Sahyounie, would you just fucking listen to me” I froze in my tracks and violently turned. “What shit are you going to try and feed me now? Do you actually think I’d believe any bullshit that escapes your lips?” Tears dripped down my flushed face as I aggressively smacked my fist against his shoulder in frustration. My brother Daniel rushed over and pulled me away, engulfing me in a tight, comforting hug. Daniel didn’t know what had actually happened between us; he just thought it was a 'bad breakup'. I wish that was the case. “Look man, I think you should go” Daniel spoke softly to his friend who I currently wanted to spit on. “I’m not going anywhere, Skip- and I’m not going to feed you any bullshit, Alexa.
