Naomi meets Levi at her favorite place in the world, the Library. He also just so happens to be going to the same school as her. While they get along well, there's one thing that builds a wall between them. Naomi is religious, Levi isn't. Naomi goes through a battle of feelings that keep bubbling inside of her towards a guy that doesn't love the love of her life; Jesus. While Naomi tries to resist anything that has to do with Levi, The Lord helps her think otherwise. God makes her realize that reaching out and helping those that don't know Jesus is better than pushing them away and out of her life. Well, this is my story as a teen Christian. I love Jesus but I don't like how I am judged by adults about it. It's common topics such as forgiveness, temptation, betrayal, love. This story is very much non-fiction, it's about me and what has happened in my life with no exaggerations.

Christianity has been given such a diabolical connotation in today's world. The idea of seeking a relationship with God appears to mean leaving everything you love and enjoy behind to become a dull person but I don't believe that's the case. Ever wanted to know what goes on in the head of a young Christian? Here you have it. I'm just an ordinary 18 year old girl who believes that there's got to be more to God than initially meets the eye. For the next year starting from the 1st of November 2014, I will document and share my inner most thoughts, fears, desires, struggles, feelings and experiences as I draw closer to God.
