Merlin has always looked out for Arthur, no matter what. But at what cost? Because of his destiny he has given up almost everyone he holds dear to him to ensure that Albion is created. Set sometime after the end of season 2 of Daredevil (maybe season 3, but I'm not sure). You might be glad to know this isn't lovey-dovey fanfic too. An intruder barges into Nelson and Murdock's office with the intention of exposing Matt's identity; equip with a blade, handgun, and a camera to record Matt Murdock's true self: The Devil of Hell's Kitchen. Of course, nothing goes smoothly, but Matt notices something that no one else does about the intruder. The true colours of the attacker unfold, revealing a peculiar and gruesome ability which poses a great threat to Daredevil and his friends. This fanfic is inspired by Marvel Netflix's Daredevil. When Matt's senses get dampened in the line of duty, he has to deal with the world the same way every other blind man does. Which Foggy finds extremely funny - and kinda worrying. A bit of friendship, hurt and comfort. Set somewhere between season one and two.
