Users, a selection of people from all over, have to navigate the waters of narcissists, trolls, plagiarists, psychos, extremists, and catfish in order to make true connections and survive the social world of twitter without blocking everyone. Interviews with Twitter users sharing their stories and experiences from the underbelly of the bird. The reasons for joining Twitter are vast. Some for work, poetry, to follow celebrities, just for fun, and some have no idea why. Whatever the reason, they're all subject to the underbelly. And while more people than we'll ever be aware of have been experienced the dark side, most will never share their shameful stories. Who wants to be judged? Some came to Twitter without knowing why, and because of Twitter found a place to belong and support they weren't receiving in their RL [real life].
