Post AYITL ~ My own thoughts on the aftermath of the final four words. Her goodbye was not something he ever wanted or expected. Although he understood her reasoning he needed her in his life. A new life with new surroundings, new adventures and new experiences. All characters are ASP's and sadly not my own just the story itself.

This story follows Rory's daily life and all of her struggles, beginning approximately five years after A Year in the Life has ended. This is NOT a sequel to The Aftermath, as this takes a completely different direction. Those were written by the talented professionals in charge of those official story lines. If it had not been for those episodes which were created by a fantastic team of writers, I never would have been inspired to try and create my own tiny piece of Stars Hollow in my own mind.

This story starts off from the last 4 words in Fall of the revival.

After we left Star's Hallow we had just learned that Rory was pregnant. No doubt by Logan. However, we also know that Rory and Logan also finally ended things, the morning after the reunion of the Life and Death Brigade, due to the fact that Logan was engaged to be married. So what happens now...

Takes place nearly 19 years after the Gilmore Girls: AYITL. Rory has raised her son, Richard, with the help of her family. Richard desperately wants to know his father, Logan, who has no idea about his existence. Disclaimer: I do not own any of the characters from the GG universe.
