This is a Lord Elrond x Reader (You) Story's Summary: Long ago all the kingdoms made a treaty to stay without trouble. IF any one of the kingdom's need help the treaty propose to be there for that kingdom. The treaty explains to be redo every so many years to enrich every kingdom equally that is why the Humanoids have to be there. Time goes on and Adair stays behind, still healing, while the newly formed Fellowship moves on. Adair seeks the company of Elrond, and they become fast friends. However, they find themselves slowly falling for each other. WIll Elrond go against everything he believes in and fall for a mortal? Or will he walk away, never knowing what could have been? Celebrian was killed in the Red-Horn Pass and her husband began to push himself away from the people in his city. With dark nightmares the Half-Elf shuts himself and his emotions away where they can only be seen by night. Glorfindel has been Elrond's good friend for years, but when he stumbles on Elrond's mistake, a good friend turns into the only one who can save Elrond from himself. This story will contain self mutilation and very light male to male affection. You have been warned. All the characters are owned by Tolkien, not me, I'm just borrowing them.
