This is a collection of short stories, based on the different events in a single individual's life, and how other people are threaded into it.

Sophie, a 21st-century human like you and me, finds herself transported to another world that exists alongside our own, Middle-earth. There, she meets Thranduil, an Elven king who also finds himself transported into our world at regular intervals. Together, they face bizarre challenges during these encounters, bringing them face to face with their own strengths and weaknesses.
