Going through my pictures, I went to the one that I had just taken, and the phone slowly slipped out of my grasp. What had escaped my notice before is that the couch I had taken the picture on was against a window, which showed the backyard of the house. But in this picture, it wasn't an empty backyard. No, behind my smiling face was another one, outside the window. It was his face. But instead, she unwittingly attracted the attention of a stalker. Someone who had been watching her every move for a month, plotting and planning for the perfect moment when he could take her. What Layna never would have expected was that when he finally kidnaps her, she would have to undergo "The Test". The Test that the girls before her had gone through. He grew up in a mental health correctional facility for the criminally insane for killing his family at nine years old. Hunter was also diagnosed with CIPA, or Congenital Insensitivity to Pain at a young age. Because of this he couldn't feel pain or pleasure which led to a hatred for women, and an addiction to watching others suffer. Until he met Raven. He became obsessed with the woman who stayed up late every night reading books about murder, drinking coffee at all hours of the day. He found himself following her,watching her every move. Problem was, she never paid any attention to him. Raven was always focused on Jackson, her boyfriend. When Hunter decides to kill Jackson in front of Raven then steal her away, her world gets turned upside down. Instead of Raven falling in love with Hunter like he'd planned, she begins falling in evil. NOTE: This is the one and only romance I will ever write. 1st Draft.
