Tim Drake has a case to solve, and the biggest obstacle getting in his way is his family caring about him. After finding a riddle left behind from one of Red Hood's interrogations, Tim decides that it'll be a great project to work on while he's benched. Unfortunately, Tim's no closer to figuring out who's behind the riddles and his family thinks he needs to take a break to care for himself. Tim's determined to crack the case and if the riddles keep leading him to places he was meaning to visit anyways, that's just a bonus.

"Why didn't you call home?" the Red Hood is scolding him, bizarrely making his head spin with how unreal everything suddenly seems. "Why didn't you call Dad? You've been missing for three days and he is losing his mind―he thinks you've been kidnapped again―everyone has been pulling double runs all over the city trying to find you! You fucking disappeared! Seriously, Baby Bird, give us one good reason why we shouldn't drag your ass back home right now and have Dad bench you until the end of all days!?" The two vigilantes are staring at him equal parts furious and equal parts relieved, but there must be some kind of mistake, because: "Who is Tim?"

Tim Drake is starting his first year at Gotham academy as a 7th grader. He's 10 years old, and excited to finally stay in Gotham all year long rather than 4-ish months out of the year. He's excited to not have to go to boarding school and be able to follow the Bats almost every night. None of these changes when he finds a radio in a box of electronical goodies. But Tim does have a brilliant idea to help the people of Gotham without putting himself in a questionable amount of danger. Tim could start a radio reports station. He could compile information and thrice weekly report on it like a podcast. Gothamites could tune in to listen to his informational reports, it would be great and he could help people. Things complicate when he discovers a trafficking ring in the Narrows being run by Black Mask. He obviously reports on it and investigates to learn more information. But he has to do so while slowly getting on the radar of Black Mask, other criminals, and the Bats. And Jason Todd at school trying to befriend the tiny 10-year-old 7th grader and decides to start driving him to and from school every day. Kara's life was not easy after landing on Earth, then adapting to her new home was not easy, as school was difficult to her as no one wanted to be her friend, also with some small cases of bullying. Then her mother decided to move from her home town midvale to Ohio to start a new life, new name and a new school named Mckinley, who would though that this change will bring her so many things. For Sebastian it wasn't easy to be in Ohio, he have almost two years there after moving out from Central City to do high school for bullying problems that make him go to hospital several times, he was now more adapted with friends in Dalton and everything but he had changed in many ways that not even Joe and Iris imagine, so he will now try to amend his mistakes in this new year of high school, what could happen this time?
