It is no secret that Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy despise each other. Tired of their fighting, a Ministry Official (who seems to be hiding more than she leads on) decides to teach them a lesson. Their lives spin and turn, and now Hermione and Draco are stuck in each other's bodies. Things can't possibly end well; especially when the Wizardying World is on the brink of war.

They waited another minute before Hermione's hair stopped changing and she blinked a few times before looking around. She firstly spotted Draco, and grinned. "Oh boy," Draco whispered. Hermione just continued to grin at him before she plopped down right in his lap with her arms around his neck. I own nothing but the plotline. Characters being to J.K. Rowling.

Everything in her life came crashing down. Ron cheated on her, he ruined her friendship with Harry and the Weasleys, she lost her job, her house, her pride. Draco Malfoy walks down the road and finds a broken, shaky figure. He steps closer and gasped. Hermione Granger lay unconscious. Disclaimer- I don't own the Harry Potter characters, just the plot

"YOU DID WHAT RONALD??" She shouted with anger "I thought we would win an-" Ron said "Well you clearly didn't!" So many thoughts were going through Hermione's head. How could he do that? How could he use her as a bet prize?

After the war Draco wants to repent and so he becomes a healer circumstances lead him to taking the decision to shift to the muggle world .... he Practices medicine as a muggle doctor using magic to heal his patients ... And has the highest success rate when it comes to saving lives .... his seniors are envious - his juniors look up to him-the nurses swoon when they see him- his patients love him . every thing is alright - Until SHE is brought to him - On a Stretcher .... And he falls in love- all over again.

Set After the Battle at Hogwarts. EXCERPT: "You were lonely," Hermione realized. When she said, Draco's shoulders slumped, as if he carried a great weight on them. "Yes," he said in resignation. "It is incredibly lonely to be Draco Malfoy, and it is your...closeness, your friendship, that I shall always be jealous of." Hermione edged closer to him, "We're friends now," she said. Were they? Hermione didn't know what they were. Two people bound together by a mutual restlessness. "Is that what we are?" Draco inquired with amusement. "We're having a civil conversation so I assume that's what we are. Draco studied her. His expression no longer held its death-like blankness. He looked thoughtful. Then he stuck a pale hand out, "Hello, my name is Malfoy, Draco Malfoy." Hermione laughed, "Hermione Granger," she said, taking his hand. Draco folded his hand around his hers and shook it. Hermione stared at their clasped hands, "What is this, Draco?" she asked. Draco met her eyes, "A fresh start."

Its the eighth year for all students who missed or need to resit their seventh year, Ron broke up with Hermione a month before this was set for reasons unknown and a certain blonde slytherin has a small type of plan involving the Gryffindor princess... Updated July 2021.
