The story sets way back in the Heian-era in Japan, where supernatural beings and magic exists. Ichijo (f/n), a princess and priestess of the prestigious Ichijo family, who had supernatural powers, encounters various yokai who came into her life, one by one. She befriends them, and eventually falls for one of them. But, love between a human and yokai is taboo. So what lies in the future for this forbidden love?
