After the rise of the demon queen, most bloodthirsty monsters changed into more humanoid variants of said monsters. After decades of watching men, children, and husbands get carried away; a resistance was formed to wipe out the monsters once and for all. Nearly five years of war later most humans either fear or hate monsters. Their leader leader has no known name but still reaches all over the land. The year is 2036 and monster sympathizers are heavily discriminated against and are considered worse than monsters. If no one sees a crime committed it goes unpunished if a sympathizer was the victim. You wake up after being brutally beaten and left for dead only to find yourself alone and forgotten... until you hear a chuckle from behind, that is.

So, I'm writing this because of a couple reasons. 1. I'm waiting to release the next part of my main book (Splatoon x Male Reader). 2. I couldn't find another story like this; just a lot of gay stuff. 3. I'm caught up on the manga, waiting for the next part, and I'm really into it. 4. Because I CAN! Also, notice how easy it is to tell what my book is about, just from the title? How come some stories I have to read up to chapter 5 just to know if the reader is a guy or girl, or if it's an "x boys" or "x girls" book?
