Rachel Berry and Finn Hudson were childhood best friends who made a deal to marry each other if they didn't marry by the time they were 25. They're now both 24 and they haven't talked for a year and not seen each other for 5 years. Finn is engaged to Quinn Fabray back in Lima while Rachel is single in New York City. Rachel loves him while Finn 'loves' Quinn. She has to go back to Lima to let him see how much she's changed and make him rediscover his feelings for her that he had when they were younger.

This story is based off of the movie another Cinderella story, the one with jane lynch and Selena Gomez. Except Finn plays as Mary and Rachel plays as Joey.
