"You're asking the wrong question" I replied. "It's not why I did it. It doesn't matter."
"It doesn't?" He asked, eyebrows shooting skyward.
"No." I said, taking a deep breath. "It matters what stopped me. Who."
"But you didn't stop."
"I know."
There's a prisoner at the heart of an asteroid that has murdered thousands.
She doesn't try to escape.
She never fights the other prisoners.
And now, decades later, a question has arisen.
