The Dolls

"Beauty is a dangerous thing."
Beatrix Martin is not looking forward to being 17.
The daughter of a famous fashion designer and a retired actor, Beatrix is always the center of attention, people watching her every action. But when she becomes 17, Beatrix will be required to work at her mother's firm as a part of a teen model group called the Dolls. Beatrix isn't sure if she's up to the challenge, especially when she's introduced to the other Dolls, a beehive of girls who have already settled into their ranks. Beatrix's appearance into the group stirs up trouble that can't simmer down. And it seems like when she meets the only male Doll (so far), things will become even more dangerous for her than they were before.
Caden Ferly is nothing like the other Dolls.
Not only is he male, but it's either Doll or die for him. With no place to call home, Caden isolates himself into a hole that he doesn't want to get out of. A girl with blinding sunshine colored hair, however, is refusing to let him sink down into that hole alone and Caden doesn't know whether to lean on her or to push her away like the others. When a person from his past is seemingly revived from the shadows, Caden's going to have to do everything in his power to protect his newfound weakness, even if it means confiding in her.
