Getting a magazine together is difficult work, huh? I can only imagine how the big leagues are handling it. I sincerely apologize for the lateness of this issue. I don't mean to make excuses, but I've been in and out of the ER for the past few weeks from my decreasing health. Forgive me. AND ENJOY THIS short, uncompleted issue. Thank you so much to my assistant managers who did a fantastic job of keeping the place afloat while I tended to my college applications and my hospital recovery. I can't say that I'm completely back, but just know that if I'm ever absent for long periods of time, it's my health. I love you all! Happy (belated) Valentine's Day! - nicevibe

Most positions will allow two members, but for obvious reasons, some will only have one. There will be four back-up positions, in case one of the other members is unable to submit an article. When you have decided upon a position, PM THIS ACCOUNT. Do not comment which position you want in this book. If you have questions about a position, you may comment it under its chapter. Welcome to the Hallowe'en edition of TOKYO GHOUL MAGAZINE! I apologize for the late publication, but hopefully next month things will go a lot more smoothly and on time! On top of this month's being October, it is also our first.
