I'm used to feeling presences. The thing is, usually I sense a threat, someone who wants me dead. It was just this once, when I was walking down the Wharf on my own, trying to avoid contact with people, that I felt him. A tall man, standing behind me, invisible to everyone, including me. But I wasn't scared. In fact, I felt safe. So I called him the protector. Boy, did I misjudge.

The key to acting is getting in character. As a professional actor, I know. My problem is that sometimes getting in character gets out of hand.

I swear I'm not a pervert. They only think I am. My mother makes me use the women's bathroom, and I tell her that I get looks but she doesn't believe me, because, and I quote, "You'll always be my little girl." She wanted to keep me safe, but she didn't know the consequences.
