لغة الجسد هو علم يمكنك من معرفه الحاله الشعوريه لشخص ما عن طريق مراقبه حركات جسده. العقل الواعى للشخص قد يحاول اخفاء مشاعره الحقيقيه لسبب ما و لكن لحسن الحظ فأن العقل الباطن او الاواعى للشخص يجعل تلك المشاعر تنعكس فى حركات جسده دون ان يدرى و على هذا فأن الشخص الذى يحاول اخفاء مشاعره لا ينجح فى فعل ذلك بنسبه مئه بالمئه.
