(Under Revision) She always bends. When her reality changes for the worse, so does she. Because it's only when the slope steepens does she find her footing. It's when the light dims and fades. In the stifling November air of the city, her head lifts to the night sky. Specks of snow flicker yellow as they hang in the dingy streetlight glare. Her hair flits black daggers in the wind. With eyes glazing and her high on the brink, the shadow approaching doesn't go unnoticed. He's a dark flash. Evan looks again to the sky, the frame filled with blackness and snowflake, his hands, his face, and all the red. >>>Main Characters ? Tomislav Rezník -the split man ? Carlisle Bellamy -the gentle man ? Evangeline Chase -the any woman ? >>> don't hesitate to comment where you deem necessary. The good, the bad, and the hideously distorted. (say those last two words aloud for mouth feels) *A FrightFest Winner* Host reviews below: FINN H. ARLETT: Penchant is a sensory rollercoaster with no dark theme left untold. A focused, character-driven story of unspeakable horrors, rated M for a reason! The twists and turns in this story will leave you with a neck injury. My advice: Trust no-one! GAVIN HETHERINGTON: It's always refreshing for an author to give so much attention to detail (my favourite part of reading horror) as to work my senses to transport me into a very intense world. Desolate and wholly mesmerizing. *Intended for mature audiences. There will be warranted language at times. Some scenes will be considered violent and graphic, think visceral gore. Some scenes may evolve into intense situations, think vehement passion.* +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ > All rights reserved.
