After encountering a Tevinter mirror, she is conscripted into the Grey Wardens, a prestigious group of men and women that defend the land from creatures called darkspawn. The story follows closely to the game's script in the first couple of chapters before deviating slightly. Dragon Age: Origins, its characters, and the script are all copyright BioWare and Electronic Arts. I am simply fleshing out the main character a bit, giving her an actual voice.
