Meaning, it's just groups, doesn't matter if they are in the same guild or not, but once you are stuck with your partner, that's your group, and best to call it District. Each team has a female and male tribute, and the games are held in an arena, placed in the blooming capital, Crocus. As making it the friendly matter, there is no death into this.
