OKAY so I understand that Newt came up into the maze with the original Gladers but I thought it would be interesting to write from his point of view as the new guy. So, I guess we'll see what happens. Just so it's clear, this is not Minewt. Also, I apologize for any grammatical or spelling errors.

Newt and Minho basically grew up together. They became inseparable over the years. Until high school came. Newt's parents got a divorce, and he needed to move back to London. Newt didn't want to leave Minho behind. But he had no choice. Months after Newt had moved, Minho couldn't take it. He wants Newt to come back home.

Minho and Newt are like best buds right? Well then, let's see how good it really is! Friendship is a gift, don't waist it! Vampires have taken over the Earth. They have killed more than half of the human population, and what mortals are left they feed off of as they please. Muse A (Minho) is a vampire from one of the wealthiest families. Muse B (Newt) is one of the few rebel slayers in hiding, who spends their time killing as many vampires as possible without getting killed. During one of their attacks, Muse B becomes careless and gets caught. As punishment, rather than being killed immediately, they are taken to the auction, a place where only the most elite vampires purchase personal blood slaves. From the moment Muse B is brought in, Muse A takes a liking to them, placing the highest bid.

He hated every second, every minute, every hour, every day he had to spend in the maze. It drove him mad to the point where he tried to end his life but he failed, what he didn't know, is that he didn't survive that jump out of luck, he was forced to stay alive and endure the pain because it was his fault he and all of gladers got put in the maze, it was his punishment, a taste of his own medicine. {All characters and settings are owned by James Dashner. He had only been here for less then a week and now he's gone for good. Newt just started to accept him into the Glade; as a real glader. All of the gladers started to disperse on Gally's command, all except two. Newt and Chuck. Thomas was Chuck's only real friend - since he had only been there a month being the old greenie of the Glade. Now he was gone. Lost to the maze just like Ben and many others. Never to be seen alive again.

After Alby's death, Newt is devastated. Devastated because he could do nothing to save him from the Grievers, devastated because he can never confess the feeling that flowed in his heart. Now all that remains is a letter, but what Newt doesn't imagine is that its content could change his life and Minho's life forever. "Minho, tell me that is a lie…”
