(Sequel to 'Beside You- A Johnlock Fanfiction') Now, finally reunited and married, the consulting detective takes his blogger for a honeymoon in Paris- but not is all as it seems, because awaiting amongst the enchanting sights and blissful haze is a figure from the past, who has news of a new nemesis who wishes to topple their newfound paradise in search of bloodthirsty revenge. To top things off, the new couple begin to wonder how thin is the line between the future and the past when a strange midnight incident occurs at Saint-Michel, triggering a new, shattering string of events- and buried memories. It's been 2 years since the Reichenbach fall, and John is a mess. Recent events have motivated Sherlock to reunite with his doctor, but things don't go as he planned when he finds John's dark secrets. Will John be able to forgive Sherlock from hiding from him for all these years? There is also a new consulting detective in town, one that rivals Sherlock in every way, including for John's affections. Then when John is kidnapped Sherlock has got to unravel the case, for his reputation and John's life is at stake. He has to forget what Mycroft said about caring, and needs to realize that being alone won't stop him from burning, just like Moriarty promised I don't own the characters from the bbc show Sherlock But I do own my other consulting detective.

POST REICHENBACH/JOHNLOCK AU. Two years after watching the love of his life commit suicide, John Watson has faded out. Balancing between sleepless nights or facing the nightmares to see Sherlock’s face again; he knows the game is over. But he never had closure. And so, on a bleak Christmas Eve, he visits Sherlock’s grave and says what he should have said but never could. He hadn’t expected a reply; especially not this one. After two years of using the shadow of his demise as a cover to take down a terror network, Sherlock Holmes is back. With his hand hovering over the call button, he waits near his grave to catch a glimpse of John, unsure of how to come home. But one night, somebody makes it easier. The game is on.
