Picture a world leagues ahead of ours in regards to technology. Life has improved exponentially for almost everyone. Death can be cheated at nearly every turn thanks to advancements on the medical front. However, "cheated" does not mean "bested", and not everyone is good at letting go. For them, clones are a ready answer. But not all clones are perfect. After all, they're simply cells engineered to imitate life. Now, we follow a new clone trying to fall into step in the life of his predecessor.

When a teenage girl is lured to a faery festival in Ireland by a scheming banshee, the chain of events triggered can only lead to death. There's one way in, one way out, and two queens eager for a sacrifice of their very own.

"Stopping Time" is a fanfiction I've been meaning to write for a long time now. Ever since the first Mystery Skulls Animated video came out, I had this idea just stuck in my head. What if things turned out somewhat different than what other fanfiction writers are making it out as? And now that the second video of MysteryBen27's Mystery Skulls Animated - Freaking Out has come out, I have the insperation to write it. Recently, about a week ago, Artsyfeathersartsyblog, a fellow animator and creator of Mystery Skulls, answered my slight "rant" about how Mystery and how underrated he is. My words went as followed: "Hello! I'm here to kind of rant? Mystery doesn't get enough love. Not that i'm saying the other characters don't deserve the love, but, I think Mystery deserves as much love as the others. To me, it seems like Mystery is so, underrated. You see fanfictions and comics all the time about Vivi's interaction with Lewis, or Arthur's interaction with Lewis, but you never see Mystery. Well, you see him, but you know what I mean. I just keep thinking about how Mystery is the one that suffered the most." This story is slightly based off of my rant. And this is why I believe my story/script differs from others... because the story is based on MYSTERY. Not Lewis, Arthur, or Vivi. (Of course, they do play an important part, however, Mystery is the main focus.) The conflict revolves around him, instead of Arthur, or Lewis, as so many comics and fanfictions have done. Because, as I said, Mystery isn't just some heartless Kitsune in disguise. What is his reasoning for being with them? His past? His thoughts on watching his family fall apart, and die? So, I love rewriting songs, and I love Gravity Falls, so I've decided to mix the two! This was partially inspired by the lyric writing for gravity falls that was made by EZ-Dayz and HannahBanana2604, but I wrote parodies before I saw that, so this is also my idea.
