Have you ever done a stupid dare that got you in a huge embarrassment? Yes of course right! Have you ever went to a crazy party that you regret going to? Uh duh... Well have you ever broken into a zoo at 2:00 am? Gotcha there didn't I! What if I told you that Elisa has done all three. She's known as the sassy queen of the nerd society in high school. Although she loves collecting books for her growing library, she would never turn down a dare. Dares are what keeps her feeling confident and helps her head held high. She doesn't have time to socialize or go on to some lousy party that serves the best fruit punch in the city. That's until she meets her charming neighbor Lucas. Lucas is the new kid on the block. The scandalous but fine guy that has every girl taking second glances of his perfectly structured face. Beauty isn't all that it seems though. Lucas has an ugly personality when it comes to his little sister and we'll every person he makes eye contact. On his first day of school he has every girl fainting, popularity soars through the roof, and he's a love them and leave them type (pssstt a.k.a. a player). What happens when Elisa gets invited over to Lucas' house for dinner? Most dinners goes perfect right? A sassy nerd and a handsome jerk? Sometimes love has a funny way of bringing two complete opposites together. It won't always be perfect, all we know it's gonna be unforgettable. __________________________ Accomplishments [Malibu Awards Winner] {Monthly August Award Winner} (ABC Awards Winner) Rankings #269 {12.16.17} #281 {12.19.17} #633 {12.7.17} #724 in Chicklit {7.7.18} @Duhdaisy Your imagination must be 💯❤️ @ariject I read the Book...now I'm IN LOVE @missjordanxoxo This book just keep twisting and turning and surprising me with every chapter and I'm loving it! @Readingmama100 I ❤️ this story. He pushed me back so my back was now pressed against the wall and we were only a few inches a part. "You aren't leaving me." He said, brushing his lips against my collarbone causing me to shiver. "It's not going to work so let's make this easier for the both of us." I said, trying to push him off. "I don't care what gets thrown at us. I'm never letting you go. I love you too much to do that so don't even think about it." He said, before crashing his soft lips on mine.

He lit his cigarette, I lit nothing. He drank alcohol, I drank water. He smirked, I smiled. He didn't love me, I didn't love him. He and I together wouldn't last a day. And then the game started... He said he found me intriguing, unique, and interesting because I didn't swoon over him. "You and me Grey, let's play a game. We'll date and in three months time I promise you will fall for me. When you fall in love with me between that time span, I win. If in any way you were to win I'll give up all the alcohol, cigarettes, and player ways." It was a game I wasn't willing to lose, but all games had accidents and consequences. It takes a broken heart to know how to break a heart.

"Being reunited with your childhood best friend after eight years apart? Sounds like a heart-warming story. Finding out that said best friend is now a complete jerk who's determined to make your life hell? Not so much." Georgie and Connor were once inseparable. Best friends from birth, they did everything together - well, that was until Connor's dad got a once-in-a-lifetime job opportunity and the family was forced to relocate to New York. At age sixteen, Georgie's life is totally different - her main goal being to keep her head down and escape the brutalities of high school with as little emotional scarring as possible. Balancing school, work and her dwindling social life is enough of a challenge, but it's about to get a bit more complicated when her conceited ex-best friend gets thrown into the mix. Maybe friendship should come with an instruction booklet.

If Tyler Scott knows something in life is that you only give proper worth to something when you finally lose it. Or as Passenger sings, he only needed the light when it was burning low. He only missed the sun when it started to snow. He only knew he had been high when he was feeling low. He only hated the road when he was missing home. He only knew he loved her when he let her go. ©Copyright 2016. cover by silverfinger-
