From California to Oregon famous author Mason "Dipper" Pines has relocated to Gravity Falls, this time permanently, after leaving 10 years ago. He comes in search of inspiration, no longer searching for the paranormal but looking for a sense of anything NORMAL. Life sure hasn't been easy for Dipper and it doesn't seem to get much easier because now, he's got an addiction.
