Originaria di Newcastle, si è allontanata da casa, fino a Cambridge, non solo per inseguire il suo sogno, ma anche per lasciarsi alle spalle quella che gli altri definirebbero "famiglia". Cameron è un ragazzo sveglio, ma molto riservato, al contrario dei suoi amici donnaioli. Impegnati a trascorrere le serate nel bar fuori dal campus, osserva i suoi due compagni di stanza riuscire ogni sera in una nuova conquista, mentre lui, chiaramente desiderato da molte, pieno di scheletri nell'armadio, si concentra solo nella sua missione: trovare una risposta alla scomparsa dei suoi genitori e alla ragione del suo abbandono. Hope e Cameron si incontrano in un giorno qualunque, in un momento qualsiasi. Tutto procedeva secondo la normalità, fino a quando Cameron non riuscirà più a vedere Hope allo stesso modo. In this book I wrote about different actions and reactions, decisions and habits, and various doings that contribute in one's life. Each poem tells the personal feelings of a new character about some experience, or in a certain situation. I described each poem by a verb that reflects it most.
