After Rosemarie breaks up with her ex-boyfriend, Cody, Rose gets into a car accident. She loses her memory and developed short-term amnesia. After waking up from a coma 2 months later she can only remember one person she previously hated, Zevian. She sees Zevian as a good friend and can only trust him.
