(Takes place in a world where Peridot and Lapis live in harmony with the Crystal Gems) Peridot's birthday is coming up, and Lapis couldn't be more excited! But after countless attempts to find the perfect present, Lapis feels hopeless. Can Lapis find something in time? Or could the perfect gift be right in front of her eyes?

This is a modern world where all of the Gems and Crystal Gems are dancers. Ever since day one, Lapidot and Lapis had hated each other. Okay I honestly don't know what I'm doing here. You are not obliged to read this. My first shipping story and I don't know what I'm doing... I'm doomed! This is two separate but linked stories, and although each of them is in chronological order, they aren't in chronological order with each other... Lapis and Peridot's story comes first; then comes Pearl and Amethyst's story. Neither of them is finished. Set in a college with characters that are humanized versions of Steven Universe characters. Told from the points of view of Lapis, Peridot, Pearl, and Amethyst. Shippings: pearlmethyst, lapidot, background rupphire. Fusions are separate, pretty much unrelated people in this story. Apologies if I get a little mixed up about how the college works because I've never actually been to college myself (I'm too young haha) but the interactions are really the important part... right?
