This is the world where everyone has two eye colors. Well, At Least everyone who has a soul mate gets two eye colors. Occasionally you'll see that one rare person who is destined to be alone, with their soulless grey eyes... But that's beyond the point! It all started one day when Jake English was born with a green and orange eye. And when dirk was born with an orange and green eye.

"Did you see my eyes?" He nods. I feel my cheeks beginning to stain red. I haven't shown anyone my eyes. ever. And now Someone's seen. Great. "I-I like them" John stutters "You do?" I ask surprised "Yeah!"

It's just a normal day for John Egbert until he stumbles cluelessly into the world of a new kid at school, Dave Strider.
