A year after her best friend committed suicide without warning, Rosalie Hayes was still tumbling down a toxic downward spiral that, as far as anyone could tell, didn't seem to have a bottom. The simple girl she had once been was a mere memory, shredded to pieces and buried alongside her best friend, and in its place was a girl who took refuge in absolutely anything she could to distract herself from the gaping hole her best friend had left inside her and dull the pain that haunted her every move. Death came like a thief, stealing Rosalie's life and sending it up in flames before letting out her demons lurking inside. Until a boy with a reputation just as infamous and a track record to match takes interest in the silently broken girl.
