His actions were smooth, confident. I felt a rush of adrenaline as he slipped his arms around my waist, pulling me just an inch closer toward him. My hands curled up and placed on his chest. His hands at the small of my back. Click, click I was the first to push him away slightly, embarrassed by my awkwardness. As soon as I did, the world started to spin again, as if it were revolving around us. The paparazzis clicked away furiously, and just then I knew we were going to make the headline. My job was done for the day. I turned away from the flashing blind lights of the camera, and my eyes met my dad's brown ones. He gave me a short, approving nod and went back to talking.
