Billie is a 16-year old girl. She lives in California and goes to a preppy performing arts high school. She lives the perfect life, wealthy home, expensive material items, constant trips to the mall, and more. But tragedy strikes when her father is sent into cardiac arrest and dies. Billie has no hope for anything in her life, and needs someone to fill the emptiness. Luckily, one guy named Marcel comes into her life and she ends up having a lot of hope, upon despair.
