Norma Louise Bates es una mujer de 32 años quien ha tratado de salir adelante -en lo posible-, luego de que un accidente acabara con las personas más importantes de su vida, su esposo e hijo. Luego de varios años tratando de superar dicho acontecimiento decide retirarse de su prestigioso trabajo como directora del "Bates Hotel & Resorts" para mudarse a dirigir el ahora "Bates Motel"en autopista 88 de la pequeña ciudad de White Pine Bay. Tras una serie de sucesos en esta nueva ciudad y un pasado atormentándola será el comienzo de una nueva historia para ella, en la misma que posiblemente encontrará el amor una vez más con el Sheriff de la ciudad, Alex Romero.

Six months after the incident, Alex moved back in with his wife that night and Norman went back to Pineview for good. Getting Norma back on her feet is a challenge that Alex is willing to take. (Normero)

While Norman is sent away to Pineview, Norma and Alex discover the true love they have for one another. There's love, sex, fights and much more. Their relationship will develop into something so incredibly magical and beautiful.

A few members of the cast of Bates Motel get sent to the universe of the series itself. They face obstacles of getting to know their character and having to think like them while trying to figure out who is an actor and who is from WPB. The story is better than the summary.

Picks up after the Season 3 finale of Bates Motel. Norma and Alex's relationship continues to develop.
