When 5sos screw up, they get sent to an orphanage to adopt someone. They decide on Johnnie but Johnnie has a sister, Tay. They can't have Johnnie without having Tay. What happens when Tay seems to be a bit of a handful? What happens when one one of the boys can't keep away from Tay?
