Byleth Eisner and her father Jeralt have moved into an old friend's neighbourhood in the city of Garreg Mach. And now after years of being homeschooled, Byleth Eisner will now spend tenth grade and the remaining years in actual school for the first time. She will start attending...the Officer's Academy. On her first day of school, she quickly noticed how literally everyone seems to be desperate to recruit anyone for the after school club activities. Later that week, Byleth gets pestered again but bumps into a clumsy girl named Annette. She takes Byleth to her club room to help her find a place to study and she meets everyone in the chess club who refer to themselves as the Blue Lions. She recognised a few but more specifically the leader Or rather the darkness within the leader known as Dimitri Alexandre.... Watch Byleth, Dimitri and the chess clubs (though this book won't be entirely focused on chess, just a warning) have their little adventures as they go through the school year! These little adventures including school events, group meet ups, fun memories etc..... .....until the timeskip happens and five years pass..... The Royal Family always held a ball in the palace whenever it was Valentine's Day and the last one that was held was in Year 1181, a month before the war started but with the war ending, It was time for it to return. Dimitri growing up, never liked the holiday. It was a burden to him but now that he was married to Byleth whom he considers the most wonderful person in his life, he sees it differently. Perhaps, it will be a special holiday to him from there on. Please Read the A/N at the beginning of the story to understand what's going on because some of the stuff in this story doesn't entirely match the game.
