based off of a dream. after world war 4 had ended the nuclear bombs had ruined most of the world, now that research institutes have taken over for the last 900 years people are stepping up with the children known as 'the specialists' to break the institutions. starting with the WPPUI they are determined to create a orderly place for humans to live without any corruption. all in the while a different power mixes up within the WPPUI, one thats been genetically modified for battle.

Carter was just a normal guy, until one unfortunate night took a turn for the worst, causing Carter to sell his soul to the devil for another chance. A few years later, he gets a letter from the devil himself, offering to return Carter's soul to him. This isn't just an act of kindness, though. The devil needs a favour, and he knows Carter can't refuse.
