Iv always had an opened mind. I Questioned the things that needed to be questioned. But I always felt like I'd rather live in a word that I didn't have all the answer to then to be precise and correct about everything, because if you ask me; things are much more exciting when it's a mystery. A lot of the people in this small town I call home, don't want to leave. But for me, I couldn't wait to get out. I didn't go to far though, Only an hour away from my roots in a completely different state. But when I left I didn't realize that growing up in that small town kept me sheltered more than I knew. Don't get me wrong, this town had it's parties and raves and you could find me at every single one of them but when I moved out to Nevada there was so much more to life than the barn parties and lake ragers that Bullhead city, Arizona had to offer. There was city folk, fast cars and bright lights. and I love it. I loved everything about it. I was ready to begin a new life. But I couldn't do that if I was running back to Arizona every chance I got, It wasn't exactly my choice though, My mother is to ill to care for herself and though she's giving the key to her house to some hottie doctor, I still can't bare to live my life without seeing her. After all she says so her self, "She could go any minute." And I hated it when she said that but I couldn't help but think it. Now I find myself trying to juggle time with school and my mother..... and my English teacher who I slept with.... That's a different story for a different time, though. Anyways, I just thought I'd finally get a change, but in a way.. im forever stuck in this small town. I think it's for a reason though, like something's not letting me leave, like something is hiding in this town and it's just waiting for me to discover it, Like I said. I question the things that need to be questioned... But I find myself asking if I really wanna answer the questions that have been circulating my town for years on in.

"How-How'd you get it?" Heather Asked. We both sat on the floor of my room, the lights were out minus the illumination from my TV. It buzzed. And we both jumped. "Do we give it back, Do we keep it?" Heather says reaching for it. I slap her hand away and grab the phone before she can. "Of course we give it back." I say, clutching the phone tightly in both my hand - It only added fuel to my fire to know that just minutes ago, this very phone was in the hands of Harry Styles. "Unlock it" heather says, gesturing towards the phone. "It's not right to go throu-" I began. "Oh- Jess. he's probably going through yours right now as we speak." Heather says. I looked down, "But-" I began again, ready to protest. "C'mon, you've got Harry Styles's phone in your hands and your NOT going to go through it?" Heather shoots. I nodded, "once in a life time thing, right." I say, trying to persuade myself while pulling up the lock screen. No code, no password- nothing. All I had to do was slide the lock bar- and I'd be in the world of Harry Styles. Little did I know- He to, had a way of walking into my world as well.

He lit his cigarette, I lit nothing. He drank alcohol, I drank water. He smirked, I smiled. He didn't love me, I didn't love him. He and I together wouldn't last a day. And then the game started... He said he found me intriguing, unique, and interesting because I didn't swoon over him. "You and me Grey, let's play a game. We'll date and in three months time I promise you will fall for me. When you fall in love with me between that time span, I win. If in any way you were to win I'll give up all the alcohol, cigarettes, and player ways." It was a game I wasn't willing to lose, but all games had accidents and consequences. It takes a broken heart to know how to break a heart.

We've all watched about a million Romantic Comedies where the boy breaks up with his girlfriend because he realizes he's in love with someone else, the "right" girl. And when this finally happens, we're all really happy about it. They immediately set off together, paying no mind to the fact that the boy was in a different relationship, I don't know, about five seconds ago. The person we never think about is the ex-girlfriend, the "wrong" girl. And why not? It hardly seems fair, once you think about it. She's the one always being dumped, or left at the alter, or publicly humiliated. But no one even spares her a second thought, because she was just in the way the whole time. She kept the right girl away from the boy for so long. And of course, we were all rooting for the right girl, who wouldn't be? Serena Briggs was just as guilty of this as everyone else is, until her boyfriend Brayden dumped her for his best friend in front of half the school. Then she became the real life wrong girl.
