After the war of the kings, a phenomenon that had caused 3 Kings to perish, the city of Shizume is left in a chaotic state, despite the fact that Homura was no longer creating mayhem. A few months have passed and Sceptre 4 has gained control over the city, albeit the domains of the three other kings.
